ICEJ Director of Aliyah, Howard Flower, helped assist bring 200 top Jewish community leaders as well as the Ambassador of Israel, the General Consul of St. Petersburg, the Jewish Agency representatives and Chief rabbi of the Grand Choral Synagogue to the second Israel 75 Gala event at the Hermitage Museum and Concert Hall in Russia. Praise the Lord!
